Paul K Johnson, MBA

Paul K. Johnson is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Management at Montgomery County Community College. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Drexel University. He served as member and now as emeritus member of the Drexel University Alumni Board of Governors.
Prior to collegiate teaching, Paul had a successful career in corporate sales. He serves as a volunteer and board member for several organizations throughout the Delaware Valley including coaching youth baseball for over 30 years. Paul is an assistant volunteer flag football coach with Special Olympics-Delaware County, PA/DE state commissioner of Metropolitan Junior Baseball League, member of the Valley Forge Sports Advisory Board, chair of the 12th District Youth Aid Panel, board chair of Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania, board vice-chair of Rock to the Future, member of the Police Athletic League Education Committee, and serves in numerous other volunteer capacities. He was appointed and then later elected as committee member in Philadelphia and Prospect Park. Paul also ran twice for Prospect Park Borough Council.
Frances Sheehan

A resident of Delaware County for over 30 years, Frances Sheehan is the first President of the county’s largest philanthropy, The Foundation for Delaware County, an independent public foundation formed in 2016. Prior to her current role, she served as the founding President and CEO of the Brandywine Health Foundation in Coatesville, Chester County for 15 years. With 70 staff operating in four offices in Delaware County, The Foundation for Delaware County provides philanthropic services to donors who wish to invest in Delaware County, makes grants to launch new initiatives and supports non-profits improving Delaware County, and runs high quality, evidence-based public health programs such as Nurse-Family Partnership, Healthy Start and WIC. She currently serves as board treasurer of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council and of Children First (formerly PCCY), and is a member of the board of directors of the Riverfront Alliance. With an MBA from Temple University and a BA with honors from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, she also holds Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) certifications.
Ron Evans

Ron Evans grew up in Delaware County, residing in Newtown Square, Upper Darby and currently in the Media area. He graduated from Delaware County Christian School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Villanova. He retired in 2020 after a 35 year career with Willis Towers Watson, having worked mostly with corporate defined benefit pension plans.
Ron enjoys reading, biking around his neighborhood and taking walks with his wife.
Andrew Nelson

Andrew E. Nelson was raised in the city of Chester, PA a Chester High School graduate in 2004. At 19 years old I joined the United States Marine Corps ten years and two combat tours (Iraq in 2008 and Afghanistan in 2011) I completed my career as a Staff Noncommissioned Officer and was honorably discharged. After the Corps, I began working in government with roles ranging from federal with the Department of Veteran Affairs to local municipalities. I graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S., and a MBA from Fox School of Business at Temple University. I am the proud father of 3 amazing children–Amoni, Ariya, and Andrew II. My experiences in life have inevitably shaped my perspectives and personal credo to be pro- community. I came back to Delco, purchased my home and began working to make a difference by sharing my experiences and working to help our communities flourish.
Vincent Rongione

Vincent A. Rongione, Esq.has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Upper Darby, the sixth largest municipality in the State of Pennsylvania, since January 2020 under Mayor Keffer. He is dedicated to helping her administration revitalize,reform, and reinvest in Upper Darby and is a member of the Association for Pennsylvania Municipal Management.
A Delaware County native, Vincent earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, and spent nearly 2 years working in higher education before beginning joining the Keffer administration. Over his 20 year career in government, Vincent has worked as Director of Communications for a member of Congress, Development Director at the Philadelphia Parks Alliance, and Southeast Delegation Director for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
He has greatly enjoyed his pasttwo years in service to theUpper Darby Township and looks forward to continuing to helpUpper Darby become widely known as, “The World in One Place.”He currently resides in Upper Darby with his wife, his son, and cat, Ruby.
