About DCIGRA

The Delaware County Council created the Delaware County Interactive Gaming Revenue Authority (DCIGRA) under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act, 53 C.S.A. Section 5601 et seq, by the Adoption of Ordinance #2020-7, and Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Commonwealth of PA on September 25, 2020. The first Meeting of the Authority Board was held on November 16th, 2020. The Board meets monthly.

The purpose of the Authority is to receive Local Share funds pursuant to 4 Pa C.S.A. Section 13B53, and to utilize the funds to provide grants to be used for economic development, municipal police and emergency services, and other purposes in the public interest.
